Changing Lives One Arrow at a Time with Archery/NASP

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP®) is an in-school program aimed at improving educational performance among students in grades 4th - 12th. Through the program students are learning focus, self-control, discipline, patience, and the life lessons required to be successful in the classroom and in life.

The program originated in 2002 with The Kentucky Department of Education as a way to introduce students to archery in PE classes. Over 15 years and 700 Kentucky schools later, NASP® lessons was introduced to over 145,000 students during the school day in 2017-18.

Archery is an activity that doesn't discriminate based on popularity, athletic skill, gender, size, or academic ability. It's a different kind of team sport. It's open to any student. Its biggest supporters are professional educators. Let us help make NASP® part of your PE curriculum. Join NASP® in changing lives, one arrow at a time.
