How we recover from training (and how much) is just as crucial has how we train and how often. However, most athletes put less time and thought into their recovery plan than their training, this leaves them vulnerable to cumulative trauma and hormonal imbalances that affect their performance. Our discussion will examine the latest recovery methods and evaluate their effectiveness. We will also build a checklist for proper mental and physical recovery.
